Initial Intake Appointment

Service Description

This is the first step to starting therapy. During this appointment, we will discuss your presenting concern - what exactly is bringing you to therapy at this time. We will also discuss background information about your life, who you are overall as a person today (outside of this problem area), as well as where you would like to go on the therapy journey. After this, we will collaboratively create a treatment plan and start your therapy sessions from there using the treatment plan as a roadmap to guide us.
