In my counseling practice, I place a high value on creating a safe space to provide support that looks at the whole person.  It is important to reset and restore ourselves to regain control of our lives and learn to live the life we desire.  I utilize a person-centered approach to therapy that puts you in charge and we go at your pace, where I merely guide you on your journey of self-discovery.

My name is Helon Belton.  I hold a Master's of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and have been practicing in the counseling field since 2020. 

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor.  In addition, I am an EMDR certified therapist after completing training with the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA). EMDR is particularly effective for the treatment of PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction.   

I have worked with numerous areas of concerns and populations, outined below - as well as many others.  Together we can explore your areas of concern and collaboratively devise a plan towards healing and thriving.  Reach out and get started today.
